Senior Strategic Planning Analyst

Overview:
Our client, a Global, B2B Software and Services Company servicing a worldwide base of Fortune 500 Companies is looking to bring expertise to their team in the Sales and Marketing Operations area. They are a well run, solid public company that understands that their existing client base as well as the markets they serve effectively may have untapped value and they are looking for someone that can help them unlock their potential.
The Senior Vice President Product Management & Sales Operations requires an individual to assist in developing product analysis and sales strategy across the product lines.
The Sr. Strategic Planning Analyst provides the product leaders with the data and analysis necessary to understand the past, current and future health of the business. 

Responsibilities:
Perform strategic analysis and advise on direction and new initiatives
Analyze operation data to identify issues and improvements
Track business performance for the Customer & Technology organization
Manage and implement key Customer & Technology initiatives
Support strategic planning and development initiatives
Document operation process and procedures
Interface with Head Office staff, e.g. Finance and Legal, and Regional Customer & Technology leads

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and MBA required (from top tier B School)
5 years of business operations/analyst experience.
Exposure to corporate business and strategy analysis.
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Outstanding organizational, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Software industry experience is a plus.
MBA graduate with 1 year post-MBA experience
